Mothership Earth - Character Professions

The Mothership Earth adventure setting has a slightly increased list of Professions from the The Outer Presence. I'm also using significantly more specificity than in the vanilla rules. The character's Profession will define what kind work they do, what skills they are "Good At," and even what their Prime Attributes are. However, these definitions should not be considered exhaustive. Like the original system, the character should be considered an exemplar, and embody the ideal for that profession. Any additional skills, possessions, or personal connections that sound reasonable should be allowed.

Prime Attributes
These define what two Attributes are most important for that profession. The character automatically receives a "High" score (the player then distributes 2x Medium, and 2x Low scores to the other attributes whoever they wish). If a character does not have a relevant skill, the Attribute score may be used to determine difficulty for a Dice Check. A "High" attribute adds one die to the Dice Pool (making the roll Easy if there are no disadvantages). A "Low" attribute subtracts one die from the Dice Pool (making the roll Hard unless there are other factors). The six attributes are; Strength, Dexterity, Intelligence, Willpower, Charisma, and Appearance.

Skills
The Professions have clearly defined skills and the players adds one die to a Dice Check against a skill (making the roll Easy if there are no disadvantages). These are very broad and should apply where ever possible. This is not a complete list of activities the character is capable of performing, but represent what the character is "Good At." Players should base their character's actions on the Profession skills to gain an advantage on Dice Checks, it's up to the Myth Master whether or not the skill is applicable.

Starting Kit
This represents the initial material the character has access to. Including clothing and equipment, available cash and savings, and location of residence. Other items will need to be obtained through the game, either bought in stores, procured through a contact, or stolen. Cash refers to any money ready to hand, savings is located in a bank (or safe location) and must be withdrawn. A character has access to total funds equal to 10x savings from friends, loans, pawning possessions, or other material.
